Extensive usage rights: From the BOAI definition of "open access" = the right of "users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of these articles"

Developing countries in DOAJ Journals from 50 % of the Asian countries
are in DOAJ There are about 30 Central and Latin
American countries and 23 of them have journals in DOAJ
Out of 50 African countries,14 have got journals in DOAJ
33 % of the eifl countries have journals in DOAJ
