Dear Friends,

Quarter 2 was truly amazing in every

aspect, not only we picked up our sales

figure well above target, but order

booking also done well, which will

help us to achieve our T20 X 2020

mission this year as planned & many

new customers like BEML are getting

associated with us for Defence

projects.

As a company, our core purpose has

always been to bring smile of

satisfaction to all our customers and it

is heartening to be recognised by

outside world for the hard work that

our team puts in. Our export is also

now growing day by day and now we

are marching towards steep path to

prove our QCD (Quality + Cost +

Delivery Time) commitments.

This quarter was also full of cultural

& social events with many other

activities, which endorses our

excitement that generated from our

enthusiasm & energy, through all these

events.

I see Bright future as we are now back

to the Growth track with our Shirwal

factory has started taking good shape

as construction progresses.

Each day brings learnings with it &

events during last quarter came with

an important lesson for me, that we

should not just have good products, but

also must communicate well with all

our stake holders (customers,

suppliers, and employees) to avoid

misunderstandings or dissatisfaction at

any level.

L & T Defence Team visited our Company Premises on 21 Aug 2019.

We have started construction of our Shirwal Plant at Khandala MIDC.

And we had signed a contract with Samarth Construction. Mr. Sanas

Sir was present on 19 th Aug 2019 at our Head office for this proud

moment.

TUV Rhineland India Team coming for ISO 9001:2015 Audit

on 10th Aug 19.

HR Audit conducted successfully by Mr. Joshi Sir. Token of

appreciation given to him for valuable inputs on 02nd Aug 2019.

We appreciated SCP Taurus Technocrates Pvt. Ltd. Who

supplied us item within 45 days, which includes Casting +

critical machining. Which supplies done with Good quality &

fast execution.

Anant Industries’ Book review activity works for improving the knowledge & confidence of our employees. Besides eliminating stage fear, it

helps in developing communication skills, public speaking techniques among the employees and helping the employees for well reading habits

and educate themselves on various topics.

BOOK REVIEW ACTIVITY

This time we ranked the candidates on points & appreciated best

candidate by giving small token of honor. We appreciated Amol

Khairkar [M4/Exports] on 27th July 2019, Saurabh Joshi

[M4/Dev] on 24th Aug 2019 & Pritam Gharnikar [GTE/QA] on 28th

Sept 2019 respectively for giving their Good Book Review very

confidently.

Engineers' Day was celebrated on 15th Sept 2019 where in all team of 37 Engineers participated. The day was marked with Quiz

competitions & some fun games with delicious lunch at Pragati Complex Hall. To conclude the celebrations and carry the Great

Spirit ahead, CJD Sir motivated the engineers with his speech and felicitated the winners with beautiful trophy.

Since the commencement of this quarter, the atmosphere at Anant Industries was charged as everybody was eager to welcome beloved Ganesha.

Finally the lord arrived in all his glory bringing along with him boundless energy, gaiety and celebrations as he does every year... year after year.

This year we celebrated Ganeshostav festival with theme of Defence Battle Ground & also we arranged Anant Frame Design making competition

CSR ACTIVITY

We donated Food & Daily Use material to Flood affected people in Ankalkhop & Nagthane (villages situated in Sangli near

Krishna River) on 17th Aug 2019.Package includes: Grocery & daily use items with medicines, etc.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We had organized Anant

Educational Scholarship

Distribution Program. We offered

educational scholarships to the

students who comes from

financially weak background.

This year also we have selected

23 Students for scholarship &

handed over cheques to those

student for their bright future.
