We will have the biggest impact on the health of the people of Sheffield if we combine the specialist expertise of the public health staff transferring from the NHS, with the scale and outreach of the Council itself.

7. Enhance resilience and social capital of the most deprived communities
8. Invest in public mental health and wellbeing
9. Promote schemes to reduce alcohol consumption & related harm
