CLASS 6. Novice—1.05m/1.10m Each round will comprise of a course of show jumps directly followed by a course of cross country style fences, which will be timed.

A horse & Rider combination wishing to ride again in the same class as HC, may do so under judges’ discretion. The first round ridden in will be scored.

1. Correct British Standard skullcap headgear conforming to current standards to be worn at all times when mounted. Back protectors are compulsory. 2. The Judges’ decision is final 3. The Organiser has the right to: a) Refuse any entry with or without reason b) Eliminate any competitor not adhering to the rules c) Alter the course before or during the competition d) Alter the advertised times 4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times 5. Competitors must adhere to all notices and approach practice fences from the direction indicated by the red & white flags. 6. Run under current BS rules. 7. Correct riding attire must be worn at all times. Riders MUST dress in either full Cross Country colours or Show Jumping attire and wear skull caps and body protectors to the current British Safety Standard (hats with a fixed peak are not permitted). Competitors who do not conform to this rule will not be allowed to start and may be eliminated. 8. Numbers – it is the responsibility of competitors to provide their own number

bibs for paper numbers.
