LUIS MEDINA-MONTOYA HELLGREN

Agel Enterprises, direct sellers of gel-based nutrition throughindependent Distributors in over 50 countries worldwide,have announced the appointment of Luis Medina-MontoyaHellgren as General Manager of Spain and Portugal. Luiswill support Agel's Vice President and General Manager ofEurope, Dr. William Amzallag, with a focus on managinggrowth, increasing operational efficiencies, and supportingAgel's independent team members in Spain and Portugal.

Luis brings with him more than 15 years of seniormanagement experience for major multinational companiesacross disparate sectors including automotive, telecom,and direct sales. Just prior to joining Agel, Luis worked asManaging Director of Spain for Forever Living Products.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and conversant inItalian, Luis has been active in professional development aswell, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for theSpanish Direct Sales Association.

MARINDA McROY

Marinda McRoy is transferring from her US-based rolewith VideoPlus to become Vice President, VideoPlus Europe.Marinda has 17 years of sales, marketing and operationalexperience, 13 of those within the direct sales sector. Shehas played an integral role in developing large accounts forVideoPlus in the US, by ensuring growth across all productsand services, and by focusing on clients' strategic objectives.

Marinda is looking forward to being part of the expandingEU marketplace; she said, "1 know the speed of this industryand the importance of putting the Distributor first to helpthem achieve early success." She went on to say, "1 canbring an understanding of the types of tools which delivera consistent, professional corporate message for every needfrom product marketing to making recruiting second naturefor newcomers, as well as leveraging the performance ofexperienced sales teams. In line with the VideoPlus vision, mygoal is to work closely with our clients to understand theirchallenges and to work in partnership with them to providestrategic solutions which will help them to increase revenue,recruitment levels and retention."
