Captain’s Choice Alaska CruiseSaturday, August 6 – Monday, August 15We are looking forward to boarding the quaint Island Spirit to begin our cruising adventure in Sitka and end in Juneau. Along the way we will enjoy humpback whales, bears, sea otters and other marine mammals while cruising the Peril Strait. A real treat will be an evening anchored in Fjords Terror, known to be the most scenic area in the Tongass National Forest. Maybe we will take a little evening adventure in the kayaks! Other stops along the way include Tenekee Springs, Petersburg, Majestic Fjords Terror, Dawes Glacier and Juneau.
If you have enjoyed Alaska on a traditional large cruise ship, you will enjoy seeing it up close and personal aboard a small ship that holds only 32 passengers and crew. We have the luxury of stopping and watching the wildlife at our whim as long as we want.
Cost is $5,800 per person and is due in full at time of registration. If you have questions about this trip, please stop by and speak with Deb. She can share pictures with you and explain the beauty and wonder of this unique experience.

Watch your July/August Adventure Club newsletter for more details and listen to the Grapevine with Del and Todd every Saturday morning on KICD for details as they are finalized. Remember, this trip is open to anyone who enjoys gardening so it usually fills up quickly. If you’re a gardener, sign up today!
California Coast – San Francisco to Santa BarbaraSaturday, September 24 – Saturday, October 1If the California Coast is on your bucket list, you won’t want to miss out on this adventure. The itinerary includes three nights at Fisherman’s Wharf and time exploring the City by the Bay. We
also include some free time so you might enjoy a tour to Alcatraz Island or a cable car ride.

We continue traveling south to Monterey, visit Cannery Row and then the gorgeous Seventeen Mile Drive. Spend the afternoon traveling through amazing scenery to San Luis Obispo, where we’ll check in for a two-night stay at Apple Farm Inn. A trip to California would not be complete without a tour of Hearst Castle and a stop by famous Morro Rock, the great conical rock that juts 578 feet out of the Pacific Ocean. Other highlights of the tour will be the charming town of Solvang, beautiful Santa Barbara and a tour of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum.
