ACCEPTANCE PROCEDUREApplication + acceptance
PAYMENTA deposit of $20000 must accompany your application The balance of your fees must be paid in full on written confirmation of acceptance onto the course
APPLICATION PROCEDUREThe completed application form together with your deposit should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the course commencement date to

Interviews will take place shortly after your application has been received You will be notified of acceptance into your intended course in writing no later than one week after your interview
1 An application fee of $200 must accompany your application An interview will not be conducted without this part of the fee
2 The remainder of fees must be paid no later than Monday 14 days prior to course commencement to confirm or your place will be automatically cancelled

CANCELLATIONS TRANSFERS amp REFUNDSFull RefundYou are entitled to a full refund of fees (less the application fee) and charges where
bull You are not accepted into the coursebull You decline the offer of a place on the course
in writing a minimum of 10 working days after receipt of offer letter
bull Your written advice of withdrawal or transfer is received no later than 10 working days prior to course commencement
You are entitled to a full refund (including the application fee) where
bull You are not given a place due to maximum number of places being reached
bull If course is cancelled due to lack of applicant numbers no available lecturer or due to other circumstances caused by the Academy
Part Refundbull Any refund will be made for withdrawals received
in writing between 5 and 9 working days prior to course commencement is at the discretion of the Academy
bull No refund can be made for withdrawals received less than 5 working days prior to course commencement
Pro Rata Refundbull A pro rata refund of fees and charges may be
approved if an applicant withdraws for reasons of personal circumstances beyond their control In all cases relevant documentary evidence (for example medical certificate) is required
Refunds Following Re-markingStudents requesting a re-mark of their assessment should do so within four weeks of the date of publication of the results Should a lsquoNot Yet Competentrsquo candidate achieve an outcome of lsquoCompetentrsquo on a re-marking of the assessment the $25 remarking charge is to be refunded The $50 charge for reporting on assessments is not refundable
For Delta CandidatesCandidates will receive academic support for Module 3 from Phoenix staff up to 18 months after the completion of the DELTA course Academic support involves review and feedback on the assessment outline and the first and second drafts
