During Term 1, Middle School students took a

journey back to prehistoric times to study

Dinosaurs. They spent time deciding what they

knew and what they wanted to know and

enthusiastically got to work to gather as much

information as they could about the amazing and

extinct creatures. They learnt all about the three

main periods in which Dinosaurs lived: Triassic,

Jurassic & Cretaceous.

In partners, they explored a Dinosaur

and represented that Dinosaur using

paints, oil pastels, textas, pencils, crayons

and paper crafts. The also explained

everything they discovered on a plaque

for display in our Grade 3/4 Dinosaur

Museum.
