With more than 25 years of experience of serving as a host to a variety of camps and conference, MSU takes pride in conference quality facilities with affordable prices and great customer service. Catering Arrangements for special catered events, including buffets, plated or working meals, banquets, receptions, and more, can be made by contacting the Office of Summer Camps. Menus for catered events should be finalized as early as possible before the beginning of the camp or conference. The camp or conference must guarantee the number of participants who will attend the catered event at least three working days in advance. Hours are subject to change. If you need meals Friday-Sunday, special arrangements must be made in advance with the Summer Camps Coordinator. We have two dining locations that are available to serve you during your stay. The size of your camp will determine your location for dining service. Hours of operation (Monday-Friday) All rooms include a microfridge unit, vanity sink, twin bed, AC, cable, and WiFi. FACILITIES In addition to a number of modern classrooms, meeting rooms, and multipurpose spaces, below is a list of facilities on the MSU campus available to meet your group’s needs. CAMP COSTSFacility charges are based on camp reservations. The basic packages include the following: utilization of the Clark Student Center, administrative costs, a T-shirt for each camper, and general liability. Other services are available for an additional charge.

• 0-2 rooms reserved in Clark Student Center• $15 per person per week participant fee

• 3-5 rooms reserved in Clark Student Center• $20 per person per week participant fee

• 5+ rooms reserved in Clark Student Center• $25 per person per week participant fee
