1 Disney Dining PLAN W elcome to the Disney Dining Plan available to Disney Vacation Club ® Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way to choose snacks and meals at over 100 select restaurants throughout Walt Disney World ® Resort, including some restaurants that feature Disney Character Dining! From contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, you can find a great meal that fits your style. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Dining Plan. Number of Meals During Your Reserved Stay The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, per reserved stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel). Disney Dining Plan Pricing The price of the Disney Dining Plan is $51.54 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $15.02 per night, per Guest ages 3-9. Adding Disney Dining Plan to Your Reservation e Disney Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to check-in by calling Member Services. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in. Welcome to the Disney Dining Plan available to Disney Vacation Club® Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way to choose snacks and meals at over 100 select restaurants throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including some restaurants that feature Disney Character Dining! Number of Meals During Your Reserved StayThe Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, per reserved stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel).

Disney Dining Plan PricingThe price of the Disney Dining Plan is $51.54 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $15.02 per night, per Guest ages 3-9.

Adding Disney Dining Plan to Your Reservatione Disney Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48

hours prior to check-in by calling Member Services. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in.

Redeeming Your Mealse Present your Key to the World card to the server or cashier at the

time a meal or snack is purchased and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 3-9 on your Disney Dining Plan.

e You may not redeem meals or snacks for any Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan.

e The following are some of the items not included in the Disney Dining Plan:

e Gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).

e The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.

Tracking Your Mealse Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your reservation. The example below illustrates a party with 2 Guests ages 10+

and 2 Guests ages 3-9 utilizing one of their Quick-Service meal entitlements:

• Alcoholic beverages and some bottled drinks

• Souvenir/collectible mugs

• Snacks and beverages from recreation rental counters

• Glow Cubes • Merchandise and Photo Imaging

Most Quick-Service locations, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen ice cream novelties,

popcorn, or Coca-Cola® products accept your Disney Dining Plan. Just look for this symbol.

When dining with another party who is also using their Key to the World card to redeem their meals, please notify the server which

meals should be redeemed on each card.

Each time you redeem meals or snacks from your Disney Dining Plan, the server or cashier will provide you with a receipt showing the meals and snacks remaining on your

Disney Dining Plan. You can also contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance.

Character DiningThe Disney Dining Plan can be used for Character Dining experiences. One (1) Table-Service meal for each person participating in the Character Dining experience will be redeemed from your meal plan balance, unless otherwise noted. Gratuities are not included.Please Note: Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. Gratuities are included. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experi-ences are not included, except at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. Dinner ShowsThe Disney Dining Plan can be used for Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating at the 9:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availability). Dinner Show experiences include: Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickey’s Backyard BBQ (seasonal), both located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, or Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show performances throughout the meal, themed to the Resort setting.Show tickets can be acquired through Concierge. All Dinner Shows require Advance Reservations. Gratuities are included.Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at a Dinner Show will be redeemed from their meal plan balance.❷

Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at a Signature Restaurant will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Gratuities are not included. Dress Code for Signature Restaurants is Resort Casual. Not permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimsuits or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, or torn clothing of any kind. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.

A. Sorry, you may not use your Disney Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or family members who are not included in your reservation or have not purchased a Disney dining plan.

Q. Are reservations required?

A. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Our Table-Service restaurants, character dining and dinner shows book quickly and the restaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available during your visit. Please go online to disneyworld.com/dining or call Member Services at 800-800-9800 to make reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit for the best options. Reservations are accepted at most Walt Disney World® Table-Service restaurants, Signature Restaurants, and Character Dining locations. Advance reservations are required for Dinner Shows and Grand Gathering Experiences.

Q. How do I make reservations?

A. Just go online at disneyworld.com/dining or call Disney Vacation Club® Member Services at 800-800-9800. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for reservations at certain locations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours (6 days for Grand Gathering Experiences) before the scheduled seating time or a cancellation charge may be incurred (charge varies by location). Please indicate any food allergies or other health-related dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We are happy to discuss with you and attempt to accommodate your special dietary requests.

Q. Can Guests ages 3-9 order anything off the menu?

A. No, Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu, where available. Many children’s menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.

Q. Can Guests ages 10+ use Guests ages 3-9 meal entitlements?

A. Sorry, meal entitlements cannot be shared between Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages 3-9.

Q. Must I use exactly 1 Table-Service, 1 Quick-Service and 1 Snack each night of my reserved stay?

A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during your reserved stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a Table-Service meal and then the following night use 2 Table-Service meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show (subject to availability).

Q. Are gratuities included?

A. No, gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An 18% gratuity will be added automatically for parties of 6 or more. A gratuity may also be added automatically for ordered items that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).

Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used?

A. After you dine, your party’s remaining meals for that meal type (Table-Service, Quick-Service or Snack) will be printed on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available.

Q. Do any restaurants have a dress code?

A.
