What Is Health?
It is a state of complete physical, mental, and social
well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or
infirmity.
According To The WHO:
Is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being.
It is determined by the decisions we make about the way we live.

This dimension of health focuses on the importance of moderate daily physical activity, proper nutrition, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding harmful habits and managing conditions to prevent them from getting worse.

Following Are A Few Ways To Ensure Good Physical Health:
1. Eat nutritious food to keep the body and mind energized.2. Never skip meals or overeat.3. Water is essential for cleansing the body.4. Fitness through exercise will increase immunity and endurance
levels of the body.5. Regular medical checkups can help in arresting illnesses in their
early stages.6. Sleep at least for 7 uninterrupted hours daily.7. Avoid addictive substances.
