July – September 2015
Waiting times once you arrive at the surgery for appointments:
Additional Comments:-I have been a patient of this surgery for some year now and have found the staff / nurses to be friendly and most helpful.-The only negative thing about this surgery is appointments. One has to wait approx. over a week before one is given if not longer.-Overall a good service.-Had consultation with Jackie and she was very nice. I find it hard talking to people with my PTSD. She was great my wife also says she is wonderful.
-Entrance not wide enough for more than 1 person to pass through, also when I was in wheelchair, my daughter in-law found it extremely difficult to keep door open whilst trying to push me through the door which was also a tight space.-I have no hesitation recommending our practice to anyone.-Always had good service. Dr’s very good.-Very good service. Choose this GP because we trust Dr Cookey very much.-Waiting time from telephoning for appointment to actual appointment with specific doctor is abysmal. EG 4/5 weeks possibly due to the holiday period, hopefully this will improve in due course.
