Improve tracking and analytics to determine the most successful marketing campaigns or channels leading to conversionsthis will enable us to increase sales revenue by targeting and fine tuning customer behaviors. Using Google Analytics, we will track the types of traffic received from various campaigns and marketing channels. We can see what channel (e-newsletter, blog post, twitter link) leads to the most conversions for a certain theme or promotion. We will also utilize the multi-channel funnels feature, which enables us to track consumer behavior with each of our channels up to a month before the final conversion. If our goal is to release one new theme per month, this feature can give us information that will help us continuously improve marketing delivery. With frequent reports, we will illuminate nuanced consumer interactions with the channels and increase future sales. 2. Increase the quality and quantity of content marketing with a focus on social media create more content that is fun and shareable! Giving customers relevant, engaging information through these channels will build an interactive audience that builds the brand. Contests, interactive media, rich photos, and interactive language with personality attracts and convert prospects into customers, and customers into repeat buyers. Integrate social media in all aspects of the online experience, to make signups easy and appealing. 3. Develop more targeted SEO copywriting, optimizing content so it is engaging and ranks well in the search engines. One way of doing this is to test out different keywords and negative keywords on Adwords to improve consumer click-through rate. This will improve the ROI on the CPC ads we display, and drive more customers to conversion. Another way to do this is optimizing the content on all pages and social media using keywords and phrases a user would organically search for. Doing this across all channels, including social media, will improve the chances that we will appear higher in the search engine for those specific types of organic searches. This drives new customer acquisition and sales.
