1. Product DescriptionOur HD Media Player product could drive 1920x1080 and below this resolution LVDS Panel, can be used for all kinds of electronic products, support 1080p HD Video playback, it not only has digital multi-media all kinds of playback function, also has rich external function interface, making your product with full advantages, and making all kinds of market requirements.

3. How to make the Roll text fileTo create a new file named SCROLL.TXT, use TXT tools to open, just like the below picture

Then enter the text you need, save as ANSI code, than copy this file into root directory of USB/SD card. (note: Setup Roll Text at “on” mode).

4. How to make LOGO fileFirst, choose one JPG file as Logo file (resolution is 120px x 60px), named as JIAOBIAO.LOG

Then, copy this file into the root directory of memory card. Note: Please make Logo setup option at “on” mode, on time 60sec and off time “0” sec. if required different, adjust the on and off time.

5. Play log In the Setting menu, please make Play Log at “on” mode first, then you could find LOG.TXT file in the root directory of memory card. You will see it as LOG.XLS.

Warranty Conditions

To clean the unit, take off all cables connected. Clean the unit with a soft clot (not supplied with the unit) Warning: Do not use any liquids Warning: Never use any detergent solutions, spray, solvent or similar, as they damage the finish.

Digital Signage products are warranted against manufacturing faults when used in the below mentioned conditions for the period of one (1) year. MT Displays undertake to repair or replace the product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, and no fault found with the product or work carried out by anyone other than MT Displays assigned. MT Displays is not responsible for loss of the product, or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labour or other costs due to installation or removal or cost of repairs by other or for any other expenses not specifically stated above.

Storage Conditions If not in use for min 1 week, take off micro SD or USB and power supply. If not in use longer than 1 month, store it wrapped in soft cloth in dry and ventilated environment. Keep away from direct sun.

Transport When sending the product, use the original packing materials, the inner and outer cartons. If the original packaging is no longer available, use at least bubble wrap and insert the product in a carton which holds at least 40kg. Important: Any damage in transit, including scratches, breaks and indentation in the housing of the product is NOT covered by this warranty.NOTE: The use of chlorine or chlorine related products for cleaning can seriously damage the finish and function on the aluminium and plastic surfaces.

To Claim Your Warranty1. Please contact your distributor or reseller and explain the nature of problem with photos

of the product which shows clearly defect and the environment it has been used.2. Provide your supplier batch number on Digital Signage unit and proof of purchase.3. If the claim is within the warranty period and within the terms of the warranty, you will be

required to return your product to manufacturer to analyse the nature of problem at your cost.

4. As long as the manufacturer confirms the problem is a manufacturing fault, the replacement can be provided. Unless product or any parts are not returned the manufacturer for analyses, manufacturer cannot provide replacements.

5. It is user’s responsibility to return the product to distributor or reseller or collect the replacement.
