Execution:

Graphic Designing- Island Business Media will implement a customized design theme. This will be done in collaboration with the necessary company personnel. These personnel should suggest specific color schemes, design ideas, and other necessary slogans or themes. If this person cannot present any of the to Island Business Media, then we will execute these ourselves based upon our digital marketing prowess. Graphic design theme and package elements will start after initial project commencement and should all be completed within 30 days.

Website Development - The company's website will include all necessary company info: (about, services, contact, location, team members.) The website will be equipped with social media plug-ins, pages, and services. This website will be SSL secured with anti-spam and anti-malware software installed. The necessary members will have access to the website backend for security and email contact purposes. The website will be developed on WordPress and will take a maximum of 14 days to complete.

Blog Curation - The company's public blog will be an extension of the company website. This blog will host content surrounding marketing and local company info. The blog will be developed on WordPress and will take a maximum of 14 days to complete after project commencement.

Newsletter - Bi-monthly newsletter design, curation, and management sent out to email list via MailChimp (email can include both work employees and email list subscribers via the blog) Company's newsletter will be created via Mailchimp and will take a maximum of 7 days to complete following the completion of the company blog.

Infographic Videos - (includes script, video graphics, content, and voiceover) These videos will showcase company business services and agenda and will be used with for multimedia purposes, public awareness and with ad campaigns (Note that special graphics and computer-generated images/designs are subject to a separate fee) The script's contents will be based upon content and information sourced from the company personnel. If no concrete information is available for scriptwriting then Island Business Media will write scripts.

Social Media Marketing & Management - Maximum 2 promotes/sponsored Facebook/Instagram posts/ad campaigns monthly. These are vital to marketplace branding and public awareness.

Monthly data briefings including:

Ad campaign analytics - This data will show that the ad campaigns are delivering bonafide results and a return on investment of ad spent and our overall services

Blog functionality and optimization reports - these reports will show that the company website and its blog is functioning at an optimum level

Digital marketing consulting - These briefings will give info on the latest digital marketing trends and what would be recommended for the company to grow.

Facebook Chatbot - A chatbot is an automated messaging software that uses AI to converse with people. These chatbots are programmed to understand questions, provide answers, and execute tasks. From a customer's and owner’s perspective, they're a convenient, friendly and accessible time-saver. The chatbot will be programmed and installed within 7 days after project commencement.

The pricing/fees are directly proportionate to the current market rate of these proposed services and the value that they will deliver:

Web Development: BSD3000 – (includes 2 design revisions) includes search engine optimization, SSL security, web hosting, domain registration, anti-spam and anti-malware, plugins, pages, and a responsive desktop and mobile-friendly design. Price is subject to change if other development tasks are requested (custom widgets, custom plugins, EVSSL, etc.)

Web Management: BSD250 twice yearly (limited to managing website responsiveness, optimization, and current functionality maintenance. Further services requested will be rendered at a separate fee.)
