Values• Conservation – conserving land by converting brown fields into healthy lands for living and growing things.

• Sustainability – creating a sustainable system to help maintain healthy soils and ensure our ability to grow foods and feed ourselves in future generations.

• Practicality – creating more space for living and growing foods by cleaning up brown fields, creating an alternative to buying new land for more land fills

• Monetary – in the long run a less expensive way to dispose of trash, i.e. no shipping costs, etc.

• Good for wildlife – maintaining animal habitats by cleaning up their environments
