Draw a Table of Contents (SEE EXAMPLE ON THE WHITEBOARD and be exact – 4 columns. Use a ruler and colored pencils. See below for order.)

After drawing and labeling your table of contents, tape in the following handouts.See pages numbers listed below.

Number ALL of your pages, yes all of your pages… be careful not to skip any pages! (This creates problems later on.)
Write page numbers on the BOTTOM outside CORNERS
Notebook Set-up (Front Cover)
Personalize the cover. Include: Full Name Name of the Class PLMS - 2014-15 Ms. Ray – period # Decorate the cover: Minimum -- A drawing that is
related to the class (If your cover is dark or has a design… Ms. Ray will
give you an index card to decorate and label.) Ready? Grab some permanent markers and
start decorating…
What if you don’t finish in class today?
It’s homework. It’s due by Wednesday Tomorrow we are taking a district pre-
assessment
