Nonmember pricingAll packages are for members only. Purchasing a package include membership. If you want to advertise with WMEA and do not wish to be a partner member, the prices per ad are listed below. All nonmember digital ads will rotate. Fixed digital ads are only available by purchasing packages.

You may add a 1/2 page, color ad or a full-page color ad to any publication except for the Junior All-State concert program and Poco Voce. Junior All-State and Poco Voce are reserved for partner member package orders.

Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Can I become a member and order ads at the nonmember price?A: Yes! However, you will pay more than if you purchase a package.

Q: When do I pay for my package?A: Package fees are due upon order. You may inlcude a check, money order, or credit card number on the order form or you may call the WMEA office to order by phone. Once the online order form is live, only online orders will be accepted.

Q: How long does my ad run online?A: Digital ads run for 12 months from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. For this year, the ads will run from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. Ads that are rotating will be visibable for 30 seconds at a time before another ad will rotate in.

Q: How many times will my ad be visable?A: Rotating ads of the same size will appear on our websites. How frequently your ad appears depends on how many ads of the same size are sold.

Q: Can I purchase an ad that is fixed?A: Yes, but only by purchasing the DIAMOND and DIAMOND SPONSOR package.

Q: Are they any other restrictions?A: Please note that there are only two diamond packages and one diamond sponsor packages available. Once those covers are sold, they cannot be sold again until the next year.

Q: Do you pro-rate packages?A: On January 1, we will sell half-year packages. You can purchase a package for 1/2 price that will provide you with benefits from January 1 until June 30.

Q: Can I purchase black and white ads?A: No. We are moving away from printing programs so we can offer all color ads. The price of this color ads are cheaper than what we used to charge for black and white ads.

Q: Can I purchase an ad size other than 1/2 page and full-page? A: No. Since we are not printing most magazines, we are no longer limited by space so there is no need to run smaller sized ads.

Q: Are there still going to be printed publications?A: Yes! The honor group concert programs will be printed the same as always, Poco Voce will be printed as always, all other publications will be published on our website and can be read and printed by the readers.
