First Idea

Our first idea relates straight to our video we have created. Our main focus and concept in our video is colourful lips. I had the idea to have colourful lip kisses on my chest and neck whilst wearing a bandage top. To make the lips stand out we will have the shot from the chest up wards again a white background, also our artists hair will be scraped back – leaving all attention on the kisses left printed on her body. This could be seen as a sexual picture, therefore, our artist will be positioned in innocent poses. We think this will be the cover or back of the digipak as it relates to the ‘released single’ most. My group and will take these photos in the drama hall at our school during our free time.

Second Idea

We wanted to make all our pictures fun and quirky, when brainstorming we came up with the idea to incorporate glitter. Glitter is usually associated with creativity partying and happiness, due to this it was clear we needed to incorporate this in our pictures. We will take these pictures against a black background so the glitter will be visible to the eye. Our artists hair will be up in the shots where we apply the glitter to her face, artistically. We also want to take pictures of me throwing the glitter in the air and capturing it in action, for this my hair will be down and free.

Third Idea

My group and I discovered this idea when shopping for supplies such as glitter that we used in other shots. We found a packet of fake daisies and it sparked an idea to decorate them in different coloured glitters and then incorporate them into a photo shoot. We brought the daisies so we had them ready and then each brainstormed ideas of how to incorporate them. After conversing we agreed on the idea to have me (the artist) laying on a white sheet with my hair brushed out onto the sheet and then place the daisies within my hair. We thought this was a good idea because it would look great in extreme close ups to extreme long shots, therefore, we would have a variety of shots to choose from. My group and I were also lucky enough to know somewhere we could get these birds eye view shots from, the drama hall in our school as it has a higher level.
