Digipaks are made for promotional purposes. The Digipaks consists of the album cover and also the tracks

on the disc.

Many artists try and create their Digipaks as artistic as possible as it makes it more appealing to buy for

example Drakes album cover for 'nothing was the same 'used a simple painting from an artist named Kadir

Nelson.

Other music artist prefer a large composited album cover for example Kendrick Lamar to 'pimp a butterfly' where he has a lot of people on one cover this is completely down to the artist own choices and also the content of the album.

Some artists prefer to go the extra mile and give merchandise along with their albums for example Travis Scott and his album rodeo.

In the past I've worked with creating Digipaks before, nothing like the ones above, but slightly on a smaller budget, the digipak which was made was for a family member who was releasing a Gospel Album, and asked for my help in going through with it, the digipak started of with a few photos taken, and then it required a lot of layering up of images, to get the final outcome, which was very good and on professional levels, I found that making a digipak was easy, but does take a lot of time, and requires a lot of creativity, this made me wonder on how I can make I digipak looking professional and of selling standard.
