Step-1
This is Setup folder open the file “IDSign_Customer_V1.0.0.5 _live”
Step-2Double click on application Run setup and
start installing the software“Idsign_customer_V1.0.05_live”

Step-3Click on Install, and on ever next page click on next
Step-4Click on next and on every next page till software completes to
finish installation.
Step-5After the software complete its installation click on finish and
open the icon from desktop for Software registration part.

Double click on ID sign logo from desktop to
initiate software registration
Click on Login and enter your email id and mobile no. to get the OTP

Enter the OTP received in Email id for verification and click on submit

Enter and set the 6 digit pin for Software final registration process

Your Dashboard is ready and now you can start Generating DSC of you clients Just by Clicking on “Apply DSC”

Once the Software is ready, you have to follow only 4 steps for Getting DSC download into Token
1. DSC Application registration2. Verification3. Approval 4. DSC download
Step-1 DSC Application registration
Once the Software registration is done you can open the application by just using your 6
digit PIN and you will get your Dash Board.
In Dash Board click on Partner Menu to Open
the List of Services.
Click “Apply DSC” to initiate DSC Generation
Enter PAN no. Mobile no. and Email id of Applicant and submit to get OTP in Mobile and Email-ID

Enter the OTP received in Applicants Mobile and Email-ID
and click on Verify OTP

Once OTP is verified Click on “Buy Now”
After “Buy Now” need to select for Aadhar based or Pan Based

Aadhar Based DSCIf mobile No. is Register with Aadhar
then click on “YES” and select to Proceed
PAN Based DSCIf mobile No. is Not Register with Aadhar then click on “NO” and select to Proceed

Aadhar Based DSCEnter the Aadhar no. security code and click on
“GET OTP”
Enter the OTP and Click on “Verify”

Once Aadhar OTP is verified
enter Address
Details and Click on
“Submit”

Final Stage for Step-1 DSC Application registrationJust click on Done the step-1 is completed

PAN Based DSC
Enter all Details and Attach “ID proof Document” and click Next
Attached the ID Proof (PAN Card) not more then 2 MB size and click on Next

Attach the Address proof As per list mentioned not more then 2MB Size
click on Submit to complete the PAN based Application Process
Final confirmation will be generated once all the process is done
Step-2 Verification

Organization DSC
Video Verification Process
On PAN based DSC application applicant need
to show original documents during video verification
On Aadhar based DSC application applicant no need
to show any documents during video verification
Applicant has to Read the above line “My name is xxx, and I want to apply
for a DSC through IDSIGN CA the code is xxx”
Step-3 Approval

•Once the Verification is done Approval will happen Automatically.•For manual approval you have to send the Reference number to your Partner.•Approval will happen in 10-15 minutes.
Step-4 Download•Install the setup to get Download tool.
•You will get download tool icon in desktop and double click on it to download the DSC
Enter the applicants Ref-no. and registered Mobile number to initiate DSC

And click on Next

Enter Token Password and
click on “Download Certificate”
