Managed financial documents concerning pay rates and payroll; initiated investigations on claims of unpaid wages or unpaid wage rate increases. Effectively reducing financial issues keeping under the mandated 10% threshold set by higher headquarters for 100 staff members, directly mitigating any undue financial hardship.
