About DCT

• Die Cast Tool has been providing quality tooling, die cast dies and plastic injection molds for over 40 years. We have the capabilities to design and build, update die engineering, incorporate engineering changes and recondition tooling to your specification.

• Our modern facility was designed to provide a healthy and safe workplace with efficiency in mind. Constantly striving to improve our process and retrain our work force in the use of the latest equipment in order to provide accurate and reliable tooling.

Mold & Die Tooling

• DCT capabilities allow us to handle tooling for molding machines as large as 1200 ton and die casting machines as large as 2000 ton.

Engineering CAD/CAM

• Multiple seats of Unigraphics NX5 offers 3D solid modeling and 5 axis toolpath capabilities. Cutter paths are generated directly from CAD models and verified using CG tech Vericut software, from the simplest to the most complex geometries.

• Utilizing server database technology, the entire facility is networked to allow employees instant access to job information.

Machine Tools and Equipment

• Our machining services include all types of CNC machining, including Wire and Sinker EDM. 5 axis machining is utilized using our Makino MCB1210. General machining can be done with our manual machines as well.

Quality

• All tooling construction operations are monitored through our ISO 9001 quality assurance program which provides guidelines for quality from input of customer information to delivery of finished product.

• Our Brown & Sharpe Global Performance 9158 CMM can produce documentation of all print dimensions and surface geometry as well as verifying die steels to the CAD model using PC DMIS CAD ++(DCC) Software.
