Hole 77-9 was drilled north of the old north showings and site of most of the 1976 drilling program to test for possible extension of the zone. The hole encountered heavy overburden and boulders and was abandoned at 74 feet.

Hole 77-10 was drilled to test radon anomaly near the north property boundary. A wide pegmatite dike was cut but radioactivity was almost nil. The hole was completed at 195 feet.

Summary

The two drilling programs completed in 1976 and 1977 by Forefront plus certain earlier surface work and drilling have tested the potential of the claims. While definite uranium mineralization was found in pegmatites mostly in the central and southern parts of the property, no economic tonnages could be outlined.

The property is considered to be favourably located and will be retained by the Company pending possible activity in the area that could reflect favourable on the situation. In the meantime, no further expenditures are planned and the general picture will be kept under review.

O.F. Carter, P.Eng. December 20, 1977 Consulting Geologist
