As a senior level technology executive with over 15 years in marketing, business and product development and computer services businesses. Tom leverages a natural ability to create connections and forge strong business and client bonds. Tom provides all strategic and operational directives for the growth and support of company clients. He continues to build strong strategic relationships and assures the global delivery of highest quality with sustained results.Chris Conemac Chris is the Chief Information Officer and Co-founder and CTO for the State of Florida’s Accountable Care Organizations. He has an extensive background managing IT infrastructures within the medical industry. Chris originally was involved in managing PACS systems and discovered multiple inefficiencies with the PACS design. Based on this significant experience, Chris created the CMI system for retrieving, viewing, and archiving medical images that eliminates most of the potential failure points, hardware, and bandwidth limitations of alternative PACS systems. Raymond KnoxRay is the Secretary of CMI as well as a successful entrepreneur whose first medical clinic was dedicated to the treatment of back and spine problems, utilizing a revolutionary treatment called TAMARS. Clinics with this treatment are now in Ireland and Scotland with patients from as far away as Asia. Global sports figures take advantage of this revolutionary treatment, which is being utilized in America by a growing number of medical practices and hospitals.

Michael Cohen, M.D.Dr. Michael Jon Cohen has 32 years of experience and practices in Orthopaedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, and Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery and has been head of Cardio Vascular Surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC). Dr. Cohen has performed over 2000 open heart surgeries while being the Chief Cardio Vascular Surgeon at ORMC. Joseph Andriole M.D.Dr. Andriole is former CEO of the Medical Center Radiology Group, a provider of Cancer Imaging and interpretation. He is a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with additional qualifications in Angiography and Interventional Radiology. His 20 plus years of experience include Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology. Dr. Andriole introduced and pioneered Carotid Artery Stenting, Acute Stroke Therapy, Uterine Artery Embolization, Fallopian Tube Recanalization and Radiofrequency Ablation to the Department of Angiography/Interventional Radiology.Carmine SarnoCarmine has 25 years of experience in software development, infrastructure management and software/hardware integration. He is the Managing Director of Krescendo Ltd, where his team of technology experts create cost effective global business process’ and data management solutions built to specifications, developed rapidly and delivered as a service. Dr. Randy Wilds, DCDr. Wilds is CEO/Owner of several Chiropractic clinics located in Florida.
