Pfizer Co. and Wyeth merged on Oc tober 15, 2009. The family trust had sold its W yeth shares in 2008. On January 15, 2009 it purchased 250 Wyeth shares.and after the Pfizer-Wyeth merger it received 246 Pfizer shares in ex change for its W yeth shares.On Decemb er 3 I, 2008 the management acc ount held shares of Wyeth stock . On January 15, 2009 it purchased 100 additional W yeth shares. After thePfizer-Wy eth merger it received 29.5 shares of Pfizer in exchange for its W yeth shares.ISHA RES B arcklays Tr US TIP (line 100) w as not listed on my 2009 Report. 1 am informed by the Trustee that it was listed on its records as U.S. TreasInflation Proj (see line 46 of my 2009 Report). The circum stances of its receipt by the trust w ere explained in Pan V lll of the 2009 Report. My 2007 Report (PartVll line 112) listed Lehman Index Fund. On N ovemb er 26, 2007 there w as received in exchange for this Fund ISHA RES B arclays 1-3 yr treas.Franklin Tax Free TR # 171 (line 6~) was inadvertently omitted f~om my 2009 Report. It had been acquired on December 18, 2008 with a value symbol of L.My 2009 Repor~ should be amended accordingly.
