Introduction

During August and September 2007, Billiken Management Services Inc. was contracted to carry out an all inclusive diamond drilling program on ground Grid 1 covering portions of claims in BMA 527862 and 526862 held by Noront Resources Ltd. and Greenstone Exploration Ltd. Noront has been exploring the general area since 2002 when Volcanic hosted Massive Sulphide (VMS) mineralization was discovered near McFaulds Lake by De Beers Canada Exploration Inc. who at the time was in a joint venture with KWG and Spider exploring for diamonds. The initial discovery has led the KWG/Spider joint venture to eight other VMS showings or prospects in the general area, and attracted the attention of other exploration compames. Noront acquired their claims by staking in April 2003.

Billiken staff initially reviewed the available regional airborne survey as completed by Fugro in the summer of 2003, that was immediately followed up with local ground geophysical surveying (HLEM, VLF and Magnetics) by Scott Hogg & Associates. The proposed drill sites were selected by Billiken staff in discussion with Scott Hogg and their staff, in consultation with Neil Novak ofNoront. The target anomaly was selected and holes were spotted in the field as required and position was verified using hand held GPS. In addition to locating the drill hole with GPS a number of claim posts were also located on the ground grids and position recorded by GPS providing reasonable assurance of claim post location with respect to drill hole location.

Drilling commenced on August 25 and was completed by Sept 4, 2007 for this phase of the exploration program. The intended target was a coincident magnetic and HLEM target with limited strike length, striking NE-SW. The target was intriguing as it had kimberlite geophysical characteristics as well as Massive Sulphide style mineralization protential.

Each hole was designed to test a strong airborne Geotem and Magnetic anomaly that was ground verified using Max-Min and ground magnetics. Four holes totaling 642 meters were drilled in this program and are hereby presented in detail. Logs and assay certificates for each hole are presented as appendices. Location and claim information are presented as maps incorporated into the body of the report.

Location and Access (see figure 1)

The property is located approximately 20 kilometers WSW of the McFaulds Lake discovery area in the James Bay Lowlands area of Northern Ontario. Figure 1, shows location of the claim group in northern Ontario, some 200 km. west (or upstream) from the First Nation community of Attawapiskat on the western shore of James Bay, or conversely 80 km. east of the First Nation community of Webeque. More specifically, the center using UTM co-ordinates it is centered upon 547202E, 5843646N using NAD 83 datum UTM Zone 16 .

Billiken employees and the diamond drill crew operated from a large base camp, located at McFauld's Lake, approximately 20 kilometers to the ENE of the project area. Access to the drill site was by helicopter, based at McFaulds Lake, the drill crew flew daily to and from the site. Access to the McFaulds base camp is by fixed wing (float planes in summer, ski planes in winter) as well as helicopter year round. This camp is serviced out of Nakina, Ontario.

Claims (see figure 2, Appendix I)

The drilling campaign covered 1 claim numbered 3012264 (the Condor Claim"), recently optioned by Noront Resources Ltd., from Greenstone Exploration Inc. and Condor Diamond. The option agreement called for at least one drill hole into the geophysical anomaly, as well as certain share payments to earn up to 100% interest. (Appendix I is a copy of this option agreement, confirming Noront's interest in the property). Subsequent to the fulfillment of drilling one hole (Hole reported upon herein), Condor transferred 90% interest in the Condor claim to Noront, Greenstone transferred 50/0 interest to Noront, and was left holding 50/0 interest at present. An additional four claims involved in this project are contiguous to the subject claim, located to the east and to the south, being claims P 3012256 (immediately to East in BMA 527862) and P 3012259, P 3012260, P 3012261, P3012262 (to the south in BMA 526862) These claims are all located within the Porcupine Mining District.

The claims were originally staked and recorded on April 22, 2003.

Personnel

Billiken contracted the drilling to Heath & Sherwood (1986) Inc., and used Howard Lahti Ph.D., P.Geo., (senior geologist), and Neil Novak P. Geo. (project manager) Vice President of Noront, to complete the work described herein. A helicopter B2 Astar under contract to Billiken from Les Helicoperes Abitibi Ltee., of La Sarre PQ. was used for moving men back and forth, as well as the drill move to and from the site.

General Geology

The survey area is underlain by Archean metavolcanic assemblages consisting of gabbro and felsic - intermediated tuffs. These rocks form part of the Eastern Sachigo sub province, or more locally the Ekwan belt. The area is cored by 3 billion year old supracrustal rocks, the Ekwan belt has been dated at 2.72 billion years. Nearby to the east there is a thick blanket of Paleozoic sediments that cover much of the James Bay Lowlands area. These Paleozoic rock types vary with depth, changing from dolomite to limestone to calcareous and/or arenaceous sandstone to unconsolidated or poorly cemented sandstone, their thickness wanes to none existent a few kilometers east of the project site. Kimberlites of Jurassic age are known to intrude the Paleozoic carbonates, there are 22 identified kimberlites in the an area 130 kilometers east the property that were discovered by De Beers, Spider Resources Inc.IKWG Resources Inc. JV, and CanabravalNavigator JV. In addition there are 5 Proterozoic age kimberlites that were located below the aforementioned Paleozoic rocks, these kimberlites are referred to as the Kyle style kimberlites, discovered by the KWG/Spider joint venture during 1994 and 1995. DeBeers was exploring this specific area (in joint venture with KWG and Spider) looking for kimberlites, when they discovered volcanic hosted massive sulphide style mineralization near McFaulds Lake, beneath 9 meters of Overburden and an additional 37 meters of Paleozoic rock. The target rock type for this project is massive sulphide, copper, zinc, gold and silver being the commodities of interest.

Drill program

A crew of four drillers (2 day shift and 2 night shift) were employed by Cabo Drilling (formerly Heath & Sherwood (1986) Inc.) a diamond drill contractor from Kirkland Lake Ontario. They used a Longyear 37 style diamond drill, and drilled BQ core for the project. Drill supervision was

done out of the Billiken base camp, Howard Lahti Ph.D., P.Geo. was the drill geologists, working under the auspices of Neil Novak P.Geo. in the capacity of project manager.

After the completion of local line cutting and ground geophysics (subject of a different report by Scott Hogg and Associates dated April 2005) as well as a few trips back and forth to the drill site by the helicopter with various Billiken personnel for drill site selection purposes, 4 drill holes were selected to test agreed upon anomalies identified by various ground geophysical surveys completed including Horizontal Loop electromagnetic, and magnetic surveying.

The drill program commenced on August 25, 2007 and was completed by September 4, 2007. In light of the drill results, drilling continued on the subject property and continues to date.

Hole NOT-07-01 (see Appendix II)

Drill hole NOT-07-01 was collared on claim P 3012264, at GPS location 547202E, 5843646N using NAD 83 datum UTM Zone 16. The initial azimuth of the hole was 136 degrees (grid south), with an initial dip of -45 degrees. Additional dip tests were taken at 41 m, 92m and 140 meters down hole, flattening to 34.3 degrees at 140m. The hole had a final depth of 140 meters. The target anomaly was classified as a Magnetic and Max-Min anomaly with a conductor axis that is centered at ground grid 1 location L 51 +00 mE, at 11 +25 mN. The drill hole was collared at L 51 +00 mE at 12+25 mN.

After passing through 8 meters of overburden followed by dolomitic limestone and sandstone, this hole entered granodiorite at 12.7 meters and remained in granodiorite until 31.8 meters passing through a few mafic dikes then entering a sulphide zone at 56 meters. The hole remained in the sulphides until 125 meters, for a total mineralized intersection of 69 meters. The hole then entered peridotite and was stopped in peridotite. Included in the mineralized zone was net textured sulphide bearing zone that contained an estimated 25% olivine crystals (ghosts) set in a sulphide matrix of 15% chalcopyrite pyrite and 25% fine pyrrhotite and pentlandite. The sulphide zone was surrounded by peridotite, intruded into granodiorite. Samples were selected for analysis, starting at sample number 28251 through to

28299 and were submitted to ALS Chemex in Thunder Bay, Ontario for sample preparation, then forwarded to the ALS Chemex Lab in Vancouver B.C. for assay. The assay certificates TB07096124 and TB07100236 for this hole are appended to this report, along with the diamond drill log detailing the various textures and rock units encountered, along with a vertical cross section looking NE. Hole NOT-07-01 averaged 1.11 % Ni, 0.86% Cu, 0.7 glt Pd 2.14 glt Pd, 0.1 glt Au and 2.8 g.t Ag over 71.5 meters core length.

Hole NOT-07-02 (see appendix III)

Drill hole NOT-07-02 was collared on claim P 3012264, at GPS location 547202E, 5843646N using NAD 83 datum UTM Zone 16. The initial azimuth of the hole was 136 degrees (grid south), with an initial dip of -65 undercutting hole NOT -07 -01 degrees. Additional dip tests were taken at 41m, 92m, 143m and 191 meters down hole, flattening to 50.7 degrees at 191m. The hole had a final depth of 191 meters. The target anomaly (as described above) was classified as a Magnetic and Max-Min anomaly with a conductor axis that is centered at ground grid 1 location L 51 +00 mE, at 11+25 mN. The drill hole was collared at L 51 +00 mE at 12+25 mN.

After passing through 5 meters of overburden followed by dolomitic limestone and sandstone, this hole entered granodiorite at 10.5 meters and remained in granodiorite until 88.4 meters passing through a few mafic dikes then entering a chill margin transition zone between 88.4 and 91.1 meters. The hole then entered a mineralized sulphide and remained in the sulphides mixed with peridotite until 175.1 meters, for a total mineralized intersection of 84 meters. The hole then entered a complex deformation zone consisting of mostly peridotite and was stopped in peridotite at 191 meters. Included in the mineralized zone was net textured sulphide bearing zone that contained an estimated 25% olivine crystals (ghosts) set in a sulphide matrix of 15% chalcopyrite pyrite and 250/0 fine pyrrhotite and pentlandite as well as short massive sulphide sections containing up to 75% sulphides (chalcopyrite, pentlandite and pyrrhotite. The sulphide zone is hosted by the peridotite that was intruded into the surrounding granodiorite. Samples were selected for analysis, starting at sample number 28300 through to 28362 and were submitted to ALS Chemex in Thunder Bay, Ontario for sample preparation, then forwarded to the ALS Chemex Lab in Vancouver B.C. for assay. The assay certificates TB07100236 and TB07102170 for this hole are appended

to this report, along with the diamond drill log detailing the various textures and rock units encountered, along with a vertical cross section looking NE. Hole NOT -07 -02 also encountered significant assays results averaging 1.89% Ni, 1.17% eu, 0.99 glt Pd 3.17 glt Pd, 0.13 glt Au and 4.1 g.t Ag over 86.41meters core length.

Hole NOT-07-03 (see appendix IV)

Drill hole NOT-07-03 was collared on claim P 3012264, at local grid coordinate L52+00E at 12+25N. The initial azimuth of the hole was 140 degrees (grid south), with an initial dip of -45 degrees. This hole was designed as a northeasterly step out, along the magnetically inferred strike of the sulphide zone encountered in holes NOT-07-01 and NOT-07-02. Additional dip tests were taken at 11m, 65m, 116m and 158 meters down hole, flattening to 30.9 degrees at 158 m. The hole had a final depth of 178 meters. The target anomaly (as described above) was classified as a Magnetic and Max-Min anomaly with a conductor axis that is centered at ground grid 1 location L 52+00 mE, at 11+30 mN. As stated above, the drill hole was collared at L 52+00 mE at 12+25 mN.

After passing through 8 meters of overburden followed by dolomitic limestone and sandstone, this hole entered regolith at 1 7 meters, followed by an intermediate to mafic dike until 26.24 meters when the hole entered granodiorite, then in an out of several mafic dikes then back into granodiorite until 179 meters. No mineralized was encountered in this hole, consequently no samples were taken.

Hole NOT-07-04 (see appendix V)

Drill hole NOT-07-04 was collared on claim P 3012264, at local grid coordinate L50+00E at 12+25N. The initial azimuth of the hole was 140 degrees (grid south), with an initial dip of -45 degrees. This hole was designed as a southwesterly step out, along the magnetically inferred strike of the sulphide zone encountered in holes NOT-07-01 and NOT-07-02. Additional dip tests were taken at 17m, 68m, and 116 meters down hole, flattening to 44.5 degrees at 116 m. The flattening was rectified by replacing the BQ rods with NQ rods. The hole had a final depth of 133 meters. The target anomaly (as described above) was classified as a Magnetic and MaxMin anomaly with a conductor axis that is centered at ground grid 1

location L 50+00 mE, at 11 +40 mN. As stated above, the drill hole was collared at L 52+00 mE at 12+25 mN.

After passing through 8 meters of overburden followed by dolomitic limestone and sandstone, this hole entered saprolite at 14.7 meters, granodiorite until end of hole at 124.4 meters. No mineralized was encountered in this hole, consequently no samples were taken.

Conclusion and Recommendations

A limited length geophysical anomaly located on Noront IGreenstone Grid Grid 1 was drill tested during the latter part of August and the first few days of September 2004. Out of the four holes drilled, two holes intersected semimassive to massive sulphides with visible chalcopyrite, pentlandite and pyrrhotite, net textured mineralization was also encountered in both holes, olivine cumulates surrounded by fine grained sulphides. The sulphide mineralization was restricted to a peridotite intruded into granodiorite. The geological setting is likely magmatic massive sulphide style with excellent potential for much quite significant base and precious metal concentrations, at the base of the intrusion in contact with the granodiorite. Base metals would accumulate or drop out of the magma into basal traps or pooling locations in the magma chamber as it cooled and the metals dropped out. This is evident in holes 1 and 2 of this program. Assays for the mineralized sections proved to be extremely encouraging, Hole NOT -07 -01 averaged 1.11 % Ni, 0.86% Cu, 0.7 glt Pd 2.14 glt Pd, 0.1 glt Au and 2.8 g.t Ag over 71.5 meters core length. Similarly, Hole NOT-07-02 also encountered significant assays results averaging 1.89% Ni, 1.17% Cu, 0.99 glt Pd 3.17 glt Pd, 0.13 glt Au and 4.1 g.t Ag over 86.41 meters core length. The magnetic unit that hosts this new discovery is considered a prime exploration prospect for additional base and precious metal mineralization and should be followed up by additional geophysics to better define the attitude of the peridotite intrusive unit, followed by detail diamond drilling. The other two holes drilled failed to intersect any sulphide mineralization, however they can be used to limit the extent of the mineralization in the northeast and

Drill moved 100m to the east to test geophysical anomaly. Drilled at 45 dergee dip. Drill hole went through magnetic anomaly but did not encounter any thing to explain the mag anomaly. Hole stopped at 179m. Mineralization down faulted or plunging steeply to the NE.

Massive, crudely layered, gritty, made in part of fossil parts (calcirudite). Becomes progressively more sandy toward the bottom contact. Color light brown to buff with more gray near the lower contact.

Calcarious Sandstone

- 14.4 Dark gray, medium grained, with limestone fragments. Moderately friable, parts of core broken and washed out.

14.4 14.73 Some pebbles 13mmx10mm, rounded, hard, sealed with silica.

Saprolite

14.73 23 Highly weathered granodiorite, very friable, much of core ground and

washed out. The color is a medium gray, some sand seams, clay alteration. Core with a well developed foliation of about 50° .. After 20m start of kspar alteration and minor hematite. Over 50% of core lost between 20 and 23m.

Granodiorite

Strong evidence of surface water weathering. Core highly broken with 68.41 local areas with more intense weathering. Strong kspar alteration giving

the core a reddish orange cast. In areas of intense shearing and faulting the core is highly weathered with clay and sand both easily washed away. Over 50% of core lost between 26 and 29m. The granodiorite varies from a good porphyritic texture to coarse grained equigranular. RoCk consists of albite, quartz, kspar and hornblende (>10%) with minor sericite.

Shearing at 65° at 24.5m. Core still with evidence of surface weathering in areas of faulting and shearing. From 30 to 34m core highly fractured and broken. Some core lost from faults/shears were the rock is crushed and altered to clay and sand size material. Kspar alteration very variable and mainly concentrated near some fractures and shears. Most fractures at 60" to CA. After 41.55 core rock becomes more competant, coarse grained locally porphyritic, equigranular with occasional large feldspar phenocryst. 49.25-49.35- Fault Breccia- Shearing at 30°, zone with fine to coarse fragments and healed with chlorite and carbonate .. Due to alteration and deformation the coarse grained texture totally destroyed. Rock still with strong foliation of 500 in certain sections.

_ Most of the kspar alteraton ends at 55.5m.

65.35-67.25- Intense shearing, totally destroying the primary phencrysts of freldspar, quartz and hornblende. The rock is siliceous, fine grained and black. The shearing is at 25° to 40°. The rock takes on a black and white speckled appearance due to the feldspars and black horneblende. The marics account for 10-12% by volume giving the core a blackish cast. Parts of section may actually be a quartz diorite.

As Above

Massive, with some britle fracturing 700 and a shear 75-75.55m at 60° to 65° and with extensive kspar alteration. Coarse grained with local porphyritic texture. Minor 2-3cm thick fused shears fine grained with

85.83 phenocrysts totally destroyed. Most of kspar alteration in shears or adjacent to fractures.

85.83 103.4 Granodiorite coarse grained to porphyritic, massive, very hard, composed of albite, scattered ksapr, quartz, hornblende, minor biotite and sericite. Very rare small grains of pyrite. Core non-magnetic. Rock has a general weak foliation that has an irregular pattern.

98.4-98.83- Quartz Filled Shear- Dark gay to black, Intermediate to mafic, possibly highly sheared granodiorite, fractures with chlorite alteration and with carbonate along the margins of the quartz vein. A 7cm thick white quartz vein with massive chlorite occupies the central part of the shear. Core broken between 113-114m.

Intermediate Dikes at 99.17 -99,42-Dark gray, fine grained, numerous tension gashes, minor quartz veins, and with occasional xenolith of granodiorite. Others at 100.06-100.5 and 101.35-102.25. All dikes are strongly sheared with chlorite altereation and carbonate.
