1. SURVEY DETAILS

1.1 PROJECT NAME

This project is known as the SAVARD/SHARPE-04

1.2 CLIENT

AMADOR GOLD CORP.

1.3 LOCATION

The Savard/Sharpe-04 is located in Savard Township approximately 29 km south of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The survey area covers a portion of claim numbered L4207585 located in Lots 5 and 6, Con 4 of Savard Township, within the Larder Lake Mining Division.

1.4 ACCESS

Access to the property was attained with a 4x4 truck via a year around gravel road. The property is

located approximately 4km south along a secondary gravel road which is located 5 km west on the Hough Lake Road. The Hough Lake Road can be found 5km south of the intersection of highway 11 and highway 573 from its along 573.

1.5 REGIONAL GEOLOGY

The area is underlain by the Round Lake Batholith. The Round Like Batholith is one of the largest intrusive units in northeastern Ontario. The batholith is composed generally of two general rock types; an older quartz diorite oligoclase granite facies of very uniform composition and a younger hornblende granite. The later is notably massive and may grade into horneblende syenite.

1.6 PROPERTY HISTORY

No historic work is has been reported within the township.

1.7 PERSONNEL

Cabo Drilling of Kirkland Lake Ontario performed the diamond drilling services. Dale Alexander of Kirkland Lake was the geologist responsible for logging the core.

1.8 COMMENTS

The drilling was targeting a magnetic anomaly which was modeled as a pipe like feature. Due to the overburden depth the first drill hole passed over the magnetic anomaly. The second hole was aban-doned once the magnetic source was determined to be diabase. No assays were performed.

Granite. The drillhole collars into a granitic sequence, appearing to overshoot the magnetic target from the increased depth of overburden here. The granite is fine to medium grained with a medium to relatively coarse granular texture. It varies from dull to quite bright orangish in colour with only local greying from accessory alteration, particularly at the collar of the hole to 88.41 m - the potential contact with an expected mafic intrusive nearby.

The granite is composed of roughly 70% milky to orangish stained feld-spar, along with 5-15% clear to translucent quartz. Grain size averages 2 to 5 mms - most phenocrysts have diffuse margins. The granite con-tains 5-10% chlorite and 2-3% flecks to streaks of dull lime coloured epidote alteration. Minor mica. The rocks are weakly to moderately fractured with calcite +/- quartz, chlorite and hematite. The hematite appears to give rise to the common orangish staining of the system - potassium feldspar is less clear. Fracturing is at variable angles to the core axis, with a shallow angle component often producing blocky core. Veining is minimal - calcite +/- quartz. Nonmagnetic. Pyrite mineraliza-tion is minimal.

Locally, fracturing is accompanied by gouge - best developed at 111.72 m - 3 cms of hematitic and chloritic gouge at 68 degrees, with minor accessory chlorite over 3 cms in the hanging wall. Other fractures to slips with gouge near the top of the hole, are noted at 105.82 - 2 mms at 52 degrees; 112.60-112.67 broken core with a trace of grit at 53 de-grees; 112.80-112.89 broken core with a trace of grit, orientation un-clear, and; 124.40-124.60 broken core with a trace of grit to clay at 27 degrees. At 139.89 m - calcitic vein breccia, 2.3 cms at 68 degrees, rock is pitted and vuggy with a trace of grit.

Chlorite alteration and fracturing around sections with gouge et al are more common again after 186.50 m to the end of the hole as: 186.50-186.60 broken core with a trace of grit to gouge, followed by a dull green, fine grained, chloritic, feldspathic dyke to 186.77 at 70/76 de-grees, and strong, fracturing with chlorite to 186.87 m; at 190.21 - 2 mms, hematitic and chloritic gouge at 23 degrees, with accessory chlo-rite and bleaching in the footwall to 191.30; 191.65 - 2 hematitic and chloritic gouges at 46 (4 mms), and, 22 (2 mms) degrees, followed by chloritic fracturing and brecciation, along with some irregular chloritic dykelets to 192.73 m; 193.90 - 5 cms broken core with a trace of grit, and; 197.39 - 1 cm shearing and gouge at 27 degrees, enveloped by strong chlorite over 3.3 cms. The core is partly blocky from low angle chloritic fractures between 194.20 and 194.78 m, and, from 199 m to the end of the hole (RQD is 30.4). Fracturing is common at the end of the hole, but better developed veining is minimal, and, pyrite is minimal to absent.

The drillhole was stopped at 204 m, having overshot the magnetic tar-get. The casing was pulled.

Pebbles to cobbles of granite and basalt to 7 cms in size are noted at the bedrock interface.

88.45 102 DIA

Diabase: Collar into moderate to locally strongly magnetic diabase rep-resenting the source of the target magnetic anomaly that was overshot in drillhole SS4-08-01. The diabase is dark green in colour and is fine to medium grained. It has a granular to gabbroic texture from phenocrysts to laths and patches of feldspar to a couple of mms in size in a granular textured matrix with chlorite and hornblende. Most of the feldspar com-ponent is dull orangish stained from the iron component. The rocks have a moderate hardness and are moderately to strongly altered with chlorite.

The diabase is irregularly fractured with chlorite +/- hematite/magnetite, epidote and calcite. Fracturing only rarely develops into fine stringers with calcite at variable angles to the core axis. Sulphide mineralization is essentially absent.

The rocks at the collar of the hole are blocky to broken and partly rub-bled to 89.86 m, with erratic traces of gouge to grit - orientation unclear. The start of the core is listed as 87 m, although measuring back from the more competent rocks after 91.68 m suggests the overburden depth to be 88.45 m. Alternately, there is some 1.45 m of lost core be-tween 87 and 89.86 m.

The drillhole was stoppedat 102 m, the magnetic feature having been explained.

London Ontario, in 1999. 3. I have practiced my profession continuously since graduation in Africa, Bulgaria, Canada, Mexico and

Mongolia.

4. I am a member of the Ontario Prospectors Association. 5. I do have an interest in the properties and securities of AMADOR GOLD CORP, but I have no interest
