Dial Sure: Targeting the 75%

Dial Sure allows YOUR call centre to reach the 75% by displaying the Calling Line Identity (CLI) of a town or city close to each called party on a per-call basis.

All calls made by your dialer are AUTOMATICALLY localised according to the postcode or area code of the called party. Though this is done in real time, it adds no perceptible dial delay.

We operate with more than ¾ of a million numbers covering almost every UK area code. This makes Dial Sure localisation highly effective.

Mobile CLI PresentationWith improvements in customer contact rates provided through the use of CLI Localisation, Dial Sure customers also have the option of using a mobile CLI for presentation purposes.

Dial Sure mobile numbers provide full return call capability to ensure that missed callers are directed to the appropriate call centre or campaign that originated the call.

Unsurprisingly, the use of a mobile number as the presentation CLI has also generated significant increases in contact rates.

Dial Sure may ONLY be configured to present an 07 number when calling a mobile phone. It is not possible to present a mobile number to a call made to a landline number.

So, what do users think?

Dial Sure immediately started to produce great results within our collections team, giving us an

increase in pick up rates of 35% within New Debt, 120% within our Aged Debt and a 265%

increase in Returned Calls to the business. Implementation was fast and simple with very
