Valeo Tools and accessoriesClim Fill Advance and Clim FIll Auto air conditioning maintenance stations have been designed in response to current requirements of European A/C specialists.

Valeo stations are designed for servicing passenger cars, lorries, buses or construc-tion site machines.

The devices can operate in two modes, a manual and automatic one, thanks to which the user can fully control the whole servicing process. They enable to recover, recycle and recharge R134a refrigerant in the A/C loop.Main features:• Universal device: The stations may be used for servicing all kinds of A/C equipped vehicles.• Messages displayed in 17 different languages Simple and clear messages facilitate the device operation. • Effi cient vacuum pump Thanks to the vacuum pump with the best effi ciency available on the market (180 l/min)

it is possible to carry out the service quicker and more effectively. The principal advantage of such an effi cient pump is its capability to remove all the humidity from the system, as the humidity constitutes the biggest threat for A/C components durability.

• Large refrigerant tank (27l.- 20kg) It allows to work longer without the need of recharging which is particularly useful when

servicing lorries or buses.• Data base: It contains the data of more than 3300 models of cars and commercial vehicles which enables

quick completion of the service. The data contains information on the amount of refrigerant, the type and amount of oil both in the whole system and in individual system elements.

The user has a possibility of creating his own data base.• Diagnostics A program which enables using the data entered: ambient temperature, pressure values

and ventilation temperature to determine if air conditioning works correctly or to help to determine the fault type and the method of solving the problem.

• Printer provided as standard It enables printing the garage data, vehicle data, customer data. It contributes to the increase

of garage trustworthiness.• Expansion possibility: The device works with the attachment for A/C system washing by means of R134a refrigerant.

Valeo Tools and accessoriesAttachment for washing the air conditioning system with the refrigerant.• Method: The refrigerant fl ows through the system, appropriate devices and adapters are

required in order to enforce that fl ow. Modern refi ll stations for air conditioning system maintenance may be equipped with an attachment for washing the system with the refrigerant.

• Advantages: No need to use any special cleaning agent (detergent), a method perfect for removing the oil from the system. Since the same chemical substance has started to be used for maintenance and washing of the system, no additional permits are required, the refrigerant is cleaned inside the refi ll station and it can be re-used afterwards, wash-ing cost decrease, seals and system elements are not damaged, the method enables washing the whole system, it lowers the costs connected with the disassembly.
