Our experience in dealing with customs clearance process is unparalleled. Our capabilities include, customs seal movement within GCC (Bonded facilities), the �exibility to pay duty anywhere in GCC (single point of entry) and state of art inventory system to assist customs departments.

We achieve this, in part, through our strong relationships with customs authorities across the region. We have integrated with QCCSW Qatar Customs Clearance Single Window also known as Al Nadeeb for EDI shipments, set up two clearance points into Saudi (causeway and Al Batha) and we have customs and gateway managers in all GCC states to deal with customs issues and maintain a good relationship with customs.

DHL was the �rst to introduce electronic clearance in the region and we also provide in-house customs in strategic locations. Packing Your Contents• Choose the size of the box according to its content.• To help prevent the contents of your container from shifting during shipment, make sure to use plenty

of packaging material on all sides.• Put fragile goods in the center of the box and ensure you use packing material to cushion the goods

on all sides. In addition, clearly mark the package “FRAGILE” on the outside of the box.

Sealing Your Package• If reusing an old container, check to see that it’s in good shape and remove or conceal old addresses,
