Roof deck is sagging is several areas and appears t hat it is only 1/2". The sattelite dish mounted to the roof should be removed and the holes repaired, these are known to cause leaks in the roofing system.

Photos and Additional Comments

On the garage there are a few pcs of siding that are not attached properly, and there is a gap in the jchannel near the shed that could allow moisture intrusions

There is no fascia cover and missing soffet on the rear of the garage. Some of the wood (peak of fascia) has been replaced by diriving screw through the shingles.

There is a dramatic difference between the 2 sections, Several shingles are missing on the decking and the ridge cap. Shingles are nearing the end of their life cycle and will need to be replaced soon.

There are several open j boxes in the garage which are safety hazards. The furnace has romex wire nutt ed to a cord, (not fused disconnect or switch). There is also no propane tank, the funa ce states that it is for NG, and there is no sedime nt trap installed.Further evaluation by a professional electrician/HVAC tech should be done b efore using this furnace.
