NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Central and Western Chester County IndustrialDevelopment Authority (the Authority) will hold a public hearing at 8:00 a.m. on May 20,2015 in the offices of the Chester County Economic Development Council located at 737Constitution Drive, Exton, PA, to provide reasonable opportunity for interested individuals toexpress their views regarding the issuance of a Revenue Note (the Note) described as follows:

A. Applicant of Financed Facilities: Devon Horse Show and Country FairFoundation (the Foundation)

B. Maximum Principal Amount: Not to exceed $2,000,000;

C. Location of Project: 23 Dorset Road, Devon, Chester County, Pennsylvania19333 (the Premises);

D. Description of Project: The proceeds of the Note will be loaned to the Foundation

for the purpose of funding (1) the refinancing with tax-exempt debt of theremaining balance of a loan undertaken to finance the costs of acquisition of thePremises, (2) a portion of the cost of construction of an approximately 4,200square foot new hospitality building; and (3) a portion of the costs of issuance ofthe Note (the Project).

At the public hearing, any and all persons in attendance will be afforded the opportunityto comment on the proposed Project and the proposed issuance of the Note. A copy of the SingleApplication for Assistance to be filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Community andEconomic Development is available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority at 737Constitution Drive, Exton, Pennsylvania.

This notice is published by, and the public hearing is being held by, the Authority inaccordance with the Public Noticing Requirement of Section 147(f) of the Internal RevenueCode of 1986, as amended.
