Consequently, the tutor must set the principles, draw up follow up mechanisms and specify the format of the work to be submitted. ISSUE II: Interactions tutors/students Instructors should be proactive and set a protocol. ISSUE III: Tutors reactions The asymmetry in the works of students was due to the lack of coordination. Tutors should state the work to do clearly and provide sanctions for those who will not follow instructions. ISSUE IV: Students ‘reactions The tutor must make sure that all the students have access to the platform and a good Internet connection. For example, the tutor should say in advance the periods of online works. He must also be present enough to follow up the online discussions. ISSUE V: Discussions between students The tutor should always be present to serve as moderator. There should also be a secretary who will make a synthesis of what has been said and agreed during the discussion. ISSUE VI: Tutor’s interventions The tutor should set a protocol and moderate the session. The tutor should have a manual that will guide him in doing his job.
