This tutorial is designed to assist a teacher in developing a program improvement plan (PIP). This presentation will:

Outline the purpose of the program improvement plan (PIP),

Give step-by-step instructions on developing the program improvement plan (PIP), and

Provide an example of a completed program improvement plan (PIP).
