Connected with indictments in San Bernardino County of Neil Derry and Bill Postmus for Stubblefield's $5,000 "secret contribution" to Neil Derry, laundered through a Political Action Committee controlled by Bill Postmus, former Tax Collector who was fired in disgrace after his criminal indictment. Stubblefield already "donated" $3,000 the new Tax Assessor, Bob Dutton. Check out Tax Assessor Website for Mountain Shadows Mobile Home Park. Stubblefield has "acquired" without paying for them, about 44% of all mobilehomes in the past 5 years. (elderly,. disabled and veterans have been displaced and made homeless)After he acquires them Dutton "reassesses" their value to either zero or "negative" value (resulting in "refunds" to Stubblefield at taxpayer expense. Then, mobilehomes he owns are no longer "taxed." What a deal?Is this a racketeering enterprise?
