The substructure "SUK Multilight System", developed by Multicon, is suitable for all solar modules and allow the installation of photovoltaic systems on roof surfaces with all current covers made of foil, bitumen or trapezoidal sheets.The low system weight also allows installations on roofs that were previously unsuitable due to static reasons.

Multicon/Ecogreen installs and projects turn-key solar systems.

To date, over 200 MW of PV power have been installed in more than 1,000 projects.

For the African market, Multicon has developed smaller solar systems with battery storage for roof systems. The capacity ranges from 3 kWp - 7 kWp with up to 80 kWh battery storage

Multicon AG & Co. KG has developed mobile solar power plants to ensure energy supply also in areas where there is no public electricity network. The mobile power stations are equipped with solar modules, inverter battery storage and intelligent energy management. Since the systems work according to the Plug & Play principle, they are ready for use within a short time. Installed in a trailer or container, our mobile power plants have an output of 5 - 84 kWp.

SOLAR-TRAILER

The solar trailer a mobile solar generator. This mobile solar generator is able to supply small settlements, hospitals, cooling houses etc. with electricity. It has a PV power of up to 7 kWp and a battery power of up to 30 kWh. The solar trailer can be iset up or dismantled within 5 minutes and moved to a new location.The mobile solar trailers are optionally available with a built-in 2 kW water pump as well as an extend-able LED light mast.

Projects:NATO CL15: During the NATO maneuver CL 15 in Hungary, three solar trailers from Multicon were used during the exercise. Different scenarios were used. During the exercise, several power cuts were simulated at different locations, which could be solved with the help of the solar trailers. In the simulation of dirty water, the solar trailer supplied electrical power for several mobile water treatment plants.

ENERGY-POWER-RACK (EPR)

The EPR is a mobile 6 kWp photovoltaic system installed in a 20 foot "half-height" container.The system is designed to be installed on existing containers and provides immediate energy. Inside the "Half-Height" container are high-performance modules, inverter, battery storage (lithium iron phosphate) and an intelligent energy management system.The EPR is Plug & Play since everything is pre-installed and pre-wired. With mechanical and hydraulic support, the construction can be carried by 2 people within 5 minutes.

Projects:NATO CL15: The EPR was deployed on the roof of an NSPA container during the NATO CL 15 demonstration in Hungary. The EPR provided electricity for the NATO officers' abode.

MULTICONTAINER

The Multicon solar container is a self-contained and mobile power generation system, built in a 20-foot ISO container, including a solar system with an intelligent energy management system and battery storage. On site the wired solar modules are only extended, folded out and connected to the system according to the Plug & Play principle. The set up and dismantling time is approx. 3 hours The containers are produced in different power stages with a capacity of up to 52 kWp and a storage unit of up to 150 kWh.The solar container is designed for the supply of villages, small towns, mining companies, agricultural production sites and military operations.

MOURDIAH/MALI – ELECTRICITY FOR A COMMUNITYIn Mourdiah (Mali) a solar container of the company Multicon Solar is made available and supplies renewable energy for approx. 500 villagers. This solar container used in Mali produces about 500,000 kWh / year. If the energy requirement is increased, further containers can be connected up to several MWp. The solar container promotes local economic growth and strengthens the region.

ARICA/CHILE – POWER FOR A SUPERMARKETIn Chile, the solar container supplies electricity for a smaller supermarket. The supermarket takes its electricity mainly from the public electricity network, however, due to a instable electric grid they are using the mobile solar container with battery storage. The new bridging via a solar system with battery storage is much faster than with a diesel generator.

HOMBOURG/FRANKREICH – POWER FOR WATER PUMPS

The solar container delivered for the French company Ecosun Experts is mainly used in agriculture. In Hombourg, this container supplies electricity for three deep wells and two irrigation pumps. Currently, the container is used by the French army for a field trial.

BUNDESWEHR- MULTICONTAINER FOR FIELD CAMP

This container was delivered to the Bundeswehr for the first European field camp to provide renewable energy. For the next five years, the German Armed Forces plans to order further solar containers for their field camps used during foreign operations.The Bundeswehrcontainer was also an integral part of the NATO exercise CL15. During the two-week exercise the solar container provided electricity for tents and work space of the international military police.

NATO/LITAUEN– MULTICONTAINER FÜR FELDLAGER

This solar container was delivered to the Lithuanian army as part of the NATO tender for the "energy security center of excellence". This solar container is characterized by its low weight, as particularly light, flexible solar modules have been installed. The container has been specially designed to be connected to an existing Microgrid. In 2017, this container will be used in a Nato field camp in Mali.

Further development: From Hybrid to Tribrid Container

The Tribrid container is based on the concept of the Multicon solar container. In addition to the solar modules, there is an extendable wind turbine and 20kvA diesel generator integrated. The system is also Plug & Play and can be set up within 3 hours.

Further development: MULTICONTAINER "ROLL UP"The "ROLL UP" container is a cost-effective, rapidly transportable solar system. In the existing 20 foot container there are up to 36 module packages of 8 modules each included. This module packages can be easily moved out of the container and fast connected to the system.

Since the containers can be coupled to one another in any desired number, they can also cover a current requirement of several megawatts and can provide sufficient electricity for hospitals, refugee camps or, for example, for water demineralization facilities.
