Wedding Package Terms & Conditions

• A minimum of 10,000 Thai Baht non- refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date

• A wedding date can be moved provided that the new date is available at no extra charge, should be notice at least 14 Days prior to wedding day

• A guest package is compulsory for all guests

• All guests must be on the same guest package

• Children 7 to 12 years of age have 50% off on guest packages and meals

• For children 6 and under there is no charge for guest packages or meals

• All drinks and all wedding extras must be booked through the resort

• Drinks or wedding extras from outside suppliers for our service we charge 15,000 Thai Baht

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Guest Packages • Silver Guest Package THB 590/ guest / per hour

– This mandatory charge includes additional coordination, planning, seating arrangements, extra decorations and a non- alcoholic beverage toast after the ceremony.

• Gold Guest Package - Cocktails and Canapés – THB 1,250/ guest / per hour

– Includes all the options in the silver package, substituting the beverage for alcoholic cocktails of your choice and canapé’s prepared by our chef

• Platinum Guest Package - Sparkling Wine, Cocktails and Canapés - THB 1,450/ guest/per hour

50% payment of total wedding cost is payable at least 2 months prior to the wedding celebration.

Cancellation Policy

The 10,000 Thai Baht deposit is non- refundable. In the event of the bride and groom postponing a wedding date, the deposit will be credited to the new wedding date.

For cancellations less than 60 days, once the 50% deposit of the total wedding cost has been paid, certain surcharges will apply.
