Report from ICCA Board Meeting

2011 financial situation is stable

• Membership fees is coming in faster than any previous year (96,6% - best rate ever as of date)

• Strong member take-up of ICCA advertising products

• Revenue and expenditure generally in line with expectations

• Financially on track to generate slightly larger surplus than budgeted (approx. 20,000 Euro)

• Healthy liquidity and a strong financial reserve
