TERMS & CONDITIONSRegistration Charges

Anywhere Travel is happy to process your WPA2013 registration which included in all of the Australian Conference Packages (earlybird registration included - valid until 30.11.12).

Tour Pricing | The tour costs are based on minimum numbers and exchange rate fluctuations. These are set at the time of booking and/or final payment. Anywhere Travel reserves the right to alter the final cost if any of these factors change prior to final payment.

Deposit and Payment*

Conference Package: registration fees + $250 per person•

Modular Touring: registration fees + $500 per person •

Silversea Cruise: please refer to Silversea terms •

*an additional 1.6% administration fee will be added to payments by MasterCard and Visa and 3% for payment by Amex and Diners. Please ask your Travel Consultant for details on how to pay by Direct Deposit.

Cancellation Terms

Conference Package | The package which includes conference registration for all guests and 3 nights at the Grand Hotel New Delhi is 100% non-refundable once registration has been accepted.

Tour Packages - in addition to the Conference Package these are:

Outside of 90 days prior departure : loss of deposit•

90-60 days prior departure : 75% of tour costs•

Within 60 days prior departure : 100% of tours costs •

Silversea Cruise - please refer to Silversea Booking Conditions, and please note these are separate to the Conference Package and International flights.

Tour Conditions

Minimum Tour Numbers | The tour packages are based on a minimum number of passengers bookings 60 days prior to departure. Anywhere Travel reserves the right to cancel the tour, giving a full refund of all monies paid or offer arrangements to proceed with the tour at an adjusted price. Anywhere Travel reserves the right to change the advertised itinerary if necessary for the smooth operation of the tour.

Refunds | Tours are based on arrangements which do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfares or other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.

Travel Documents | All passengers travelling on an Australian passport will require a visa & passport to enter India. Australian passport holders do not require a transit visa for Singapore. Ask your travel consultant about our visa service - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to ensure you have the correct travel documents and permissions before departure.

Travel Insurance | Travel Insurance is necessary to cover the costs of cancellation fees due to all unforeseen circumstances as well as personal property and medical issues.

Responsibilities | Anywhere Travel acts as an agent in the booking of arrangements for hotels, transportation, restaurants or any other service. We do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence or a default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant company or person rendering any services included in the tour.

Further no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery break-down, quarantine, government restraints, weather, terrorism or other causes beyond our control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omission, delays, re-routing or acts of any government authority. The passage contract between the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchasers of the tours and/or the passengers. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour, passengers and/or make such changes in the tour as may be found desirable or necessary for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of the tour.
