The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago has been our lodging and meeting headquarters for 19 years. Located at 120 East Delaware Place near Michigan Avenue, the Four Seasons provides easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

The hotel is famous for its outstanding service and attention to detail. During our time there, we will be the major group in the hotel. This will reduce distractions and allow us to concentrate on the business at hand. You can expect an atmosphere that is highly conducive to learning and interaction.

Kaufman Hall has secured a block of rooms at the Four Seasons at a preferred rate for those who wish to stay at the hotel, but conference participants are responsible for making their own reservations. The block of rooms is being held for Wednesday, October 18th, and Thursday, October 19th, with a small overflow block at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, located just across Michigan Avenue.

For the past several years, rooms have sold out early, so please make your reservations well in advance of the conference. Please call the Four Seasons reservations department’s direct line at 312.280.8400. To receive the preferred rate, you must mention that you are attending the Kaufman Hall Healthcare Leadership Conference. The rate is $405 per night for a deluxe/king room and $455 per night for a City-View or Lake-View Executive Suite. Rooms will be held for late arrival if guaranteed.

Cancellations made after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27th, will be subject to a penalty charge of one night’s room rate, plus tax. Reservations made after September 19th are subject to higher rates and availability.

CONFERENCE MATERIALSConference presentations and other materials will be available for download from kaufmanhall.com/hlc approximately one week prior to the event. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to access materials and interact with one another via the Kaufman Hall 2017 Healthcare Leadership Conference app, which will be accessible from the App Store and Google Play by the beginning of October. Instructions for accessing materials via the website and using the app will be sent to all participants.

CPE CREDITSKaufman Hall is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education (CPE) on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Twelve CPE credits are available for attending a full complement of conference sessions. Course levels: Basic. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required.

ATTIREAttire will be business casual for all conference functions.

LOGISTICSTransfer times from both O’Hare International Airport and Midway Airport are 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather.
