PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• I learned that being able to manage people can be a gift and a curse. Managing is a lot difficult than it sounds. Most people, when they heard the term manager, thinks of someone who is just in control. Managers have to do so much to improve the effectiveness of the team. Managing is not just barking orders and playing golf. Being a manager, you must connect with your employees and bond as if it is your family. You must understand that each employee is different and must be talked to differently. You must consider everyone and their values when making decisions. Overall, as a manager, you are not just managing and balancing the work of the employees, but also the personalities and emotions of them.

because being able to be proficient at advertising, marketing, and managing employees will all be essential in the success of my entertainment company.
