BSNL, Department of Telecommunications Make in India : Supplied more than 1000 desktop across various offices of BSNL & Dot across India.

Desktop Computer (Model MT-iFIVE Q), 35 units supplied to DOT Delhi. Pre dispatch inspection (PDI) was carried out by the DOT Team at our factory before authorising dispatch. The supply was to be met within 4 weeks of getting the purchase order. As per the SLA, 3 years comprehensive onsite warranty was provided as per DOT’s requirement.

Department of Telecom is one of our key government clients for a very long time. We have been providing them with IT equipment and related services from time to time. Very specific to this project, they placed a requirement of more than 35 units of high end desktops on us and provided us with a very short lead to time supply. They were also looking forward for a supplier who could not only supply material in time but ensure that the production quality is not compromised. The desktops had to pass stringent test standards put in place by government labs.
