Enabling IT Performance Management TITAN™ empowers the CIO to effectively manage the IT organization in a purely data driven approach. The rich KPI libraries are aligned along four perspectives: Business, Customer, Internal Operation and Future Growth/Learning. Each of these perspectives has specific objectives which, in turn have Key Performance Indica- tors (KPIs) as metrics. A representative sample of this is shown below: • Business Perspective - Ensure Budget compliance How much of the budget is utilized till date or for the period? The data model also enables storing of historical data so as to provide the ability to do the trending analysis for certain KPIs. Reports and Dashboard TITAN™ comes packaged with over 100 KPIs presented through 50+ reports: both operational and analytical. Re- ports are rich in functionality with the ability to drill down or up for better analytical empowerment to the end-user. TITAN™ offers the following key reporting and dashboard options to users: • User defined dashboard/reports • Slice and dice capability for ad-hoc user analytical requirements • Complete metadata for all the reports • Capability to do trending, drill-down to detail reports • Ability to schedule report runs • Completely capable of integrating with the corporate portal (Intranet)
