The Antiques Diva & Co provides curated, custom guided inspiration tours throughout Europe and Asiafor design industry professionals. Tours are private, or offered to carefully selected groups of industryprofessionals for a unique opportunity to connect and build relationships – and provide, what else? –Design Inspiration - as well as opportunities to buy antiques abroad. On tour we translate, negotiateand liaise clients with international shippers or use our own in-house shipping division to help clients getpurchases home sweet home across the pond.

Having been to the market more than 20 times on our own,they took us to the backside of the flea market where we’d
never been before – and it was all NEW to us. We found lotsof inspirations and a few concrete ideas on new furniture
designs. The best part of the day (other than a superb lunch)was a tour of vintage clothing & fabric shops. We could havespent all day there! Toma and Danielle seemed to know just
about every vendor at the flea market and were full ofhistorical information on how Les Puce came to be.
All in all, it was a thoroughly entertaining day - oh, and did Imention champagne! Bubbly always makes an excursion more
fun.”

With aworkforce in Atlanta and the Philippines, Currey & Company brings to the marketplace merchandisethat not only speaks of the touch of the human hand, but also utilizes a myriad of natural materials.Hand-forged iron products have long been the specialty of the company, but the range of materialshas been extended to include a variety of materials such as hand-carved wood, porcelain and brassin addition to concrete hand formed “faux bois.” Seashells and other natural materials also figurestrongly in the Currey & Company product line.
With over 2000 antique dealers in the narrow winding alleys of le Marché aux Puces and coveringmore than 7 hectares, the Paris Flea Market can be overwhelming.

Did you know one of my favorite designs at Currey & Company was inspired by a Chanelnecklace?
Designer Aimee Kurzner took inspiration from Chanel’s infamous camellia flower and turned it intothe hardware on Currey & Company’s Briallen Demilune. The design was so popular it was anawards finalist for the 2016 Pinnacle Awards!
Getting off the beaten path is essential for exploring the market – When we went out with Currey& Co we explored deep into the market to places in back alleys even these seasoned veterans ofdesign hadn’t been!
Vintage passementerie of all kinds can be found at the Paris Fleas: from French fabric and frills tobuttons and bows to feathers and furs to tassels and trims, these elaborate treasures inspirecreativity and bring out your inner diva.
Large-scale pieces in all shapes, sizes and budgets and for every room in the home are inabundance at les Puces. A peacock blue mid-Century chair may inspire your next collection! Exoticand extravagant designs stimulate your senses and your imagination!
When walking the Paris Flea Market we were inspired by the bold colors and statement pieces,especially those with a natural organic vibe as well as fantastical Rococo curves and modern angularforms.
One of the biggest trends in interior design is bringing the outdoors inside!
Architectural salvage, garden antiques and artifacts inspire design for indoors and outdoors,restaurants and hotels, gardens and beyond. Craftsmanship and interpretation of shape and formare displayed in the artistry of these pieces carved from marble and wood, or shaped in iron andsteel and fibers.
Touring the Paris Flea Market is serious business – NOT! Around every corner there’s something tomake us smile, encourage us to reach out and touch or to rethink our preconceptions of howsomething should look or be used.
