Design Engage Programme Overall objectives
• The Programme is designed to give you, our clients, an appreciation for, experience with and a knowledge of Strategic Design Thinking tied to one or more of your business objectives.
• You will be left with a legacy of the programme so that you have a real change of culture. This is very important to us
• You will undergo change that is both innovative and game-changing• We want the change to impact directly on your bottom line• We will work with you towards creating a Change Roadmap that is clear, strategic,
agreed and, above all, actionable.
• The Core of working is in One on one meetings and a workshop however, a strong emphasis is given to your preparation and pre-work we ask you to do

Programme Outline
• Intro – an introduction to Design Thinking, Course Objectives, Timetable and some mutual sharing on the current ‘state of play’
• Assessment – where you currently are– where your customers think you are.
• Tools - To introduce you to some specific tools related to design thinking, encouraging innovation and moving towards a customer centric business focus.
• Workshop - The workshop will act as a focal point for the Design Engage Program
• Plan for Implementation - The wrapping up of all learned in the previous sessions. The agreement on the Roadmap and the readying of you to start Phase 2 should this be appropriate.
