WHAT IS THE DESIGN CYCLE?!

!   a step by step process to help students do their tasks easier and in a quicker, more organized manner!

STEPS OF THE DESIGN CYCLE!

!   1. INVESTIGATE!

!   2. DESIGN!

!   3. PLAN!

!   4. CREATE!

!   5. EVALUATE!

INVESTIGATE!

!   identify your topic/problem/task!

!   identify your objectives and goals!

!   do initial research!

DESIGN!!   brainstorm on possible

solutions!

!   look for the best solution and justify it!

!   give a short description on how you plan to execute the solution that you chose!

PLAN !!   make a more concrete and

specific plan on how you’re going to solve the problem!

!   make the necessary preparations like script, props, venue, actors, etc.!

!   foresee possible problems and come up with plan B or plan C!

CREATE!!   the part where

you do the actual work/create the actual product!

!   also when you edit and make corrections/modifications!

EVALUATE!!   think about how you did!

!   make comments and improvements so that in the future, you will learn from your mistakes and improve on it!

!   if not yet submitted, you may use these comments to further improve project.!

NOW I URGE YOU TO APPLY YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE DESIGN CYCLE IN YOUR EVERY DAY LIFE!!!!!!
