Once at ‘tn encampment, the cadets are divided into Bights ofabout twenty_tue cadets each, and are assigned to the training program.When not training with the base, the flights ore combined two—to—a—squadron, for drill ond other training.

The Codet Group Stoff run the Cadet Group. The Seniors presentat the encompment program work closely with the Codet Staff but d0not Interfere wth the active Cadet monogement. The Senior Officerserving as Commander of Cadets is the key man In managing the CadetGroup.

T—Bird rides hove been the highlight of the training program.About forty—five cadets in eoch encampment will get over two hoursride In the Jet trainer. This flight program Is another outstandinB em—ample of bose support.
