Objective of the M&S Panel
• The panel is an open discussion about activities that are planned, ongoing, or accomplished in terms of the collection and implementation of common DE M&S tools and the standardization of DE T&E processes providing the data for such tools.
• Where are we and where are we going in Directed Energy M&S?
• How can M&S analysis of weapon system effectiveness against present and future targets support investment strategies for weapon system development?
• While speakers will address a review of the present status of these activities, the primary goal is to identify existing needs and shortfalls in DE M&S/T&E tools and processes.
