Reference to your application in response to the advertisement published in 'Employment News' on dated 01-07,October, 201,6,you are requested to appear before the Selection Board of this Institute alongwith call Ietter at 09.00 AM sharp for Skill & Proficiency test to be held on 23.d February, 2018. The candidates will not be allowed after 11.00 A.M to appear in the test on any condition. 1. While attending Skill & proficiency test, you have to produce Engineering Degree/Diploma and provisional/original certificates with Matriculation, Caste and Experience certificates in the related field is necessary for verification of Qualification, Age, Caste, Experience etc. by the Selection Board failing which you will not be allowed to attend the test. 'No Objection Certificate' for the candidates already employed in service and Discharge Certificate for Ex- servicemen personnel issued by their present employer will be required at the time of documents veriflcation. 2.
